This event is fired whenever an Entity dies in
EntityLivingBase#onDeath(DamageSource),
EntityPlayer#onDeath(DamageSource), and
EntityPlayerMP#onDeath(DamageSource).
This event is fired via the
ForgeHooks#onLivingDeath(EntityLivingBase, DamageSource)
.
